I am archaeobotanist. Most of my work has focused on ancient starch research and phytoliths analysis in dental calculus, food residues and sediments in pre-Hispanic archaeological sites in Argentina.

My current project is Archaeobotanical contributions to the Culinary Cultural Heritage study in Quebrada de Humahuaca (Jujuy, Argentina)
